Some car enthusiasts love their vehicles so much; they can’t wait to share the passion and encourage others to experience a piece of automotive history. With DriveShare, collector vehicle owners can make a little money on the side. At the same time, their car is fully insured during each rental period, whether the owner is chauffeuring during someone’s special occasion, showing their car off in a photo shoot, or allowing other car nuts to enjoy the drive.

Variety is the spice of life, and DriveShare’s inventory more than doubled since 2018 – from antiques and classics to luxury cruisers and zippy sports cars. Here are four featured garages that added a variety of vehicles to their DriveShare collection over the last year.

Extraordinary Rides

Russ Rodriguez’s 1937 Packard

Russ Rodriguez hosts a collection of 16 cars ranging from rare vintage, like his 1935 Auburn Speedster and ‘24 Hispano Tulip Roadster, to iconic classics like his Porsche 911 and DeLorean. He even offers more modern driving experiences with cars like his Dodge Viper and Tesla Roadster. Located near the O’Hare International Airport and just 27 miles northwest of downtown Chicago in Itasca, Illinois, Russ’ cars are in a convenient location for people visiting the Windy City.

Iconic Classics

A peek at Bret Baker’s garage

Bret Baker’s father co-founded one of the first hot rod clubs in metro Atlanta in the late-50s, The Creepers Car Club out of Marietta, GA, and he is still a member today. Bret grew up going to car shows and cruise nights. “I love all types of vintage and classic cars,” he said. “It was instilled in me from a young age.” His DriveShare garage includes (but is not limited to), a Ford Mustang GT fastback and convertible, a Ford Thunderbird, first-generation Corvette, and an iconic 1932 Ford Roadster hot rod, among others.

Luxury on Wheels
